Mocingbird is a fast-growing SaaS company modernizing how healthcare professionals manage continuing education and credentialing. Our web and mobile platform helps clinicians stay compliant with licensing requirements without the administrative burden.
We are a live, production platform with real users, real revenue, and real impact in healthcare. Our software directly supports clinicians and organizations operating in regulated environments, and the work we do matters.
We’re a mission-driven, remote-first team founded by physicians who have lived the pain of medical credentialing firsthand. We care deeply about quality, empathy for users, and building software that delivers measurable value.
We’re looking for a Product Manager to support discovery, execution, and delivery across our platform as the product and organization continue to grow.
This is a hands-on, mid-level role with meaningful ownership. You’ll be trusted to make day-to-day product decisions, define solutions, and drive execution for your area of responsibility, while staying aligned with the broader product strategy, roadmap, and department goals set by Product leadership.
Our product operates in a complex, regulated domain and serves multiple user types. Priorities evolve, constraints are real, and tradeoffs matter. Success in this role requires strong judgment, clear communication, and comfort operating with some ambiguity—without operating in isolation.
You’ll act as both Product Manager and Product Owner for an assigned scrum team, working closely with Operations, Engineering, and Design to translate problems into shipped solutions. You’ll report to the Director of Product and collaborate closely with other Product Managers to ensure consistency and alignment across the platform.
We actively use AI tools to accelerate product discovery, ideation, documentation, and prototyping.
AI supports how we think and explore but does not replace ownership or accountability. Product Managers are expected to use these tools thoughtfully, ensuring that decisions, requirements, and priorities remain grounded in user needs, data, and product strategy.
Comfort experimenting with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, v0, and Cursor is expected. Sound judgment, clarity, and follow-through remain essential.
Mocingbird’s mission is to reduce the administrative burden of continuing education and medical credentialing. Clinicians deserve to focus on care, not paperwork. We’re building tools that create real value, reduce friction, and improve lives.
